All baked goods are made by me from scratch in my ‘micro-bakery’. The menu is a combination of loved staples like croissants, cinnamon buns and pain au chocolat; with ‘guest’ seasonal pastries that change throughout the year using seasonal ingredients.

I work with the highest quality ingredients, sourced as locally as possible from some amazing suppliers:

  • Shipton Mill – just up the road from Bristol, Shipton Mill supplies a whole range of flours milled using traditional methods with a focus on regenerative farming.
  • The Edinburgh Butter Company – all of my pastries are laminated with cultured butter sheets that provide a deep and rich flavour.
  • Bruton Dairy – organic whole milk that’s ever so slightly naturally sweet, when textured and combined with espresso, it makes for a perfect flat white.
  • Triple Co Roast – a Bristol-based speciality coffee roastery who supply all coffee including the legendary BS1 Espresso.
